Do you travel?
Yes I do! I don't charge for fuel however venues that are 2 hours or more from my home town (PO4) I will require over night accommodation the night before the wedding, I charge a fixed fee of £200 towards hotel costs.
If you are opting for a London based elopement I do charge an additional fee to cover commuting cost. This fee is based on the London location and the travel logistics.
If you are getting married outside of the UK please contact me for a bespoke price.
Tell me more about your editing process?
Editing (the bit that takes time, you can't rush art) Your final edits will be a mixture of colour and black & whites, you may also find the same image in both colour and black & white, this is determined by what I think works best with the image and what i'm trying to create.
I don't use AI technology to edit my photos, and that's the beauty of only taking on a maximum of 3 weddings a month, it gives me the time to edit EVERY SINGLE PHOTO individually to exactly how I want to it look! I personally feel AI editing software takes away the authentic artistry of editing photos, as humans and artist we need to stay creative and not let the robots take over. Just my opinion - don't come for me!
What happens if you haven't worked at our wedding venue before?
As a wedding photographer I have worked at many venue for the first time, it's actually very exciting for me to work in new venues as it gives me the chance to be creative! I do usually turn up to your wedding early to have a look around so I'm not going in completely blind, and I also stalk the venues instagram page before hand.
How do we secure the booking?
To secure your date I take a 20% booking fee. We sign the contract and then we are official! The remaining balance invoice will be sent out 4 weeks before the wedding day.
Can you help with other wedding things that aren't photography related?
Absolutely! From the moment you book me I will send you a link to my wedding photography tips and hints. I am also there for you along the way! I usually become besties with most of my brides because of all the interaction and LOLS we have had in the build up to the wedding!
What happens in-between booking you and the wedding?
Well hopefully we can be instagram buddies so I spy on you... Jokes but seriously I'm here throughout the entire process if you have any questions or just want to chat then my phone, emails, dm's are open!
Then 4-6 weeks before your wedding day I will send you my questionnaire so we can go through everything in more details, I will then arrange a meeting with you before i make a rough timeline of the day, which I will then send to you.
How do we book?
Just click on the "contact me" below and fill out the form in as much detail as possible!! I will then send you an email, if I'm available on your wedding date I will then give you the opportunity to book a video/ phone with me. Once you give me the go ahead, I will send you over the booking details along with contract and my wedding day photo tips.
How many images will we receive?
With a full day package you will receive a minimum of 500 images. Obviously it all depends on have many guests you have, the type of wedding you are going for and if you have a second shooter. If its a good photo its going in the gallery I don't put a limit on how many images you receive.
Can we see a full gallery before we book you?
No, I don't send other couples private galleries to strangers. If you are unsure of my work, and the photos i share on my website & social media platform aren't enough, then I'm probably not the right photographer for you. Trusting your photographer is massively important.
When will we receive our wedding gallery?
So within 1 week after the wedding I will send you between 10-20 preview photos. Then your full gallery will be delivered within 4 to 8 weeks.
Will we receive prints?
With my full day package you will receive 60 (6x9) prints along with a USB, this is packaged in a handcrafted personalised photo box from Wooden Banana.
If you booked me by the hour you won't receive printed photos, however when you receive your personal online gallery you have the option to pay for fine art photo prints, framed photos and much more directly from the gallery. The gallery is super user friendly, you simply choose what you want and it will get posted directly to your house at the click of a button!
